DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Your estimated shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. By purchasing, you agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

A shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order is shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation email.

LOST OR DAMAGES TO PACKAGING

Hello Updo is not liable for any lost or damaged package during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. USPS Priority Packages and UPS Ground/Next Day include a $100 shipping insurance. USPS First Class Packages or USPS Parcel Select Ground do not have shipping insurance coverage.  Please see our Refund Policy for additional information. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out when other countries are added for shipping.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the initial email notification. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, contact us at hey@helloupdo.com. We can resend your shipping confirmation and tracking.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you think your order might be lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. The shipping carrier will be available on your initial shipping confirmation email.

 

RETURNS
