DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Your estimated shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is exclusively offered during special sales. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter for the latest news and exclusive offers. Note that free shipping offers cannot be combined with other site discounts. Restrictions may apply, and details can be found in our Domestic Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

A shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order is shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation email.

LOST OR DAMAGES TO PACKAGING

Hello Updo is not liable for any lost or damaged package during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. USPS Priority Packages and UPS Ground/Next Day include a $100 shipping insurance. USPS First Class Packages or USPS Parcel Select Ground do not have shipping insurance coverage.  Please see our Refund Policy for additional information. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out when other countries are added for shipping.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the initial email notification. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, contact us at hey@helloupdo.com. We can resend your shipping confirmation and tracking.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you think your order might be lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. The shipping carrier will be available on your initial shipping confirmation email.


RETURNS

At Hello Updo, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received it.

Our policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have past since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO US IF THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS APPLY:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Product packaging with signs of use.
  • Product packaging that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  •  Gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products are only subject to refunds if the product arrived damaged. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or within reason given . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@helloupdo.com.

Shipping

Hello Updo will cover the cost of returns on products submitted via email within the first 5 business days since receiving the order. Is return is requested after the first 5 business days, Hello Updo holds the right to deny return. If return is granted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live in the United States, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
