Returning
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return.
A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Hello Updo holds the right to deny returns within a 8 day window and after.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hey@helloupdo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, sale items, gift cards or collaboration bundles. If you purchase falls under any of the above circumstances - your order is final sale.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Final Sale Policy
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments, even if further discounted after purchase.
Sale Policy
Sale items can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchanged for another item. Refunds are not available for sale items.
How to Exchange Sale Items?
To exchange a qualifying Sale item, begin your request through our exchange portal here. A $5.00 shipping fee applies, and exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping to the address provided at checkout. All exchange items must include the provided return shipping label and correct return authorization to be processed.
